Stress is a problem that many people have due to an increase
in work, home, and family responsibilities. Many find that
there just aren’t enough hours in the day to get everything

perspective. Going through therapy can reduce stress, which can
eliminate hair loss as a side effect.
While mediation or therapy is often the first step, some
doctors will go so far as to prescribe medications. These
medications will usually have anti-anxiety properties. Since
hair loss due to stress is a side effect, the functioning of
one’s hair should return to normal if the feeling of stress
goes away.
Before any treatment is given, it is important that a person
suffering from hair loss consult with their doctor. There are
several possible reasons for hair loss out there, and it is
best to rule out any dangerous causes. It is also important to
note that just because a person is stressed does not mean that
hair loss is inevitable. These events can happen
coincidentally, with hair loss occurring due to genetic
factors.

long as the causes of stress are removed.
Alternatively, one’s anxious reaction to stressors can be
reduced using certain therapies or medications. There are many
